个人简介：

夏琴，女，江苏南京人，2020年12月毕业于美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA)，获法学博士学位，现为威廉希尔williamhill_英国威廉希尔公司专职科研人员。

证券法、金融法、比较民商法

2.参与编写了《微弱经济与普惠金融：中国普惠金融发展报告（2020）》（中国普惠金融研究院主编，中国金融出版社出版）。
